Submitted questions will be reviewed by the NCA board and similar questions will be consolidated.  An NCA moderator will read the questions to the candidates and each will have an opportunity to respond and rebut.

This event is NOT a debate: There will not be any direct candidate-to-candidate nor candidate-to-audience interaction.
