The application was accepted (meaning that it is complete, not approved) by Boulder County on May-13. Homes within 1,500 feet of the property have been sent informational post cards and a sign with the same information should be posted at the property.
Representatives from the NCA will be meeting with the Boulder County Marijuana licensing office on Tuesday May-19 to (1) share the results of the NCA MJ survey and (2) get an update on the application process.
