Marijuana in Niwot application *may* go before Planning Commission in April

The Boulder County Land Use Department reports that it is likely that they will complete their recommendation on the Niwot Marijuana application by the end of March.  If true, this means that the issue will go before the Planning Commission at their April 20th meeting where public testimony will be heard.

The Planning Commission’s public hearing represents the public’s third opportunity to provide comment on this issue.  The NCA will post information on the Planning Commission meeting after their April agenda is finalized.
