This year’s 4th Of July celebration will be a little different, but still a ton of fun! We’re bringing the parade to a neighborhood near you, via a motorcade. This year we honor Chuck Klueber, as our 2021 Grand Marshal. Because of his steadfast dedication to the community and ongoing support of projects big and small, we chose Chuck as this year’s Grand Marshal. In addition to being a long-time resident of Niwot, Chuck has enriched our community for years by:
-
Beautifying the streetscapes of Niwot through his involvement with the NBA. This includes beautification, maintenance, flowers, and seasonal banners
-
Spearheading major initiatives like the new parking area currently under construction downtown
-
Helping make the new Beer Depot at Whistlestop Park possible
-
Partnering with the NCA in the Veterans Banner Project since its inception in 2018
-
Being an integral part of the restoration of Eddie Running Wolf’s sculptures
-
Combining efforts with the NCA, NBA, and NHS Boosters to purchase and display congratulatory signs and banners to graduating seniors through the pandemic
