National Night Out

National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes first responders-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make our neighborhoods safe places to live. As the name suggests, this is a nationwide event that is held annually on the first Tuesday of August. (natw.org)
The event in Niwot is just one of several NNO sites sponsored by the Boulder County Sheriffs Office who is partnering with the NCA for the third year in Niwot.
Here are just some of the things that will be happening at this free event:
- Free food
- Equipment and staff from the Boulder County Sheriff’s Office
- Longmont Emergency Unit
- Mountain View Fire
- Colorado State Patrol
- SWAT Team
- K9 Team
- Drones
- Free bike inspection courtesy of Niwot Wheel Works
- Niwot Semi Marching Free Grange Band and much more!
