At the February NCA board meeting the owner of the property at 0 Franklin Street (corner of Franklin St and 5th Ave) presented for the second time his site plan for building on that property. Neighbors of that property also spoke on the issue. Afterwards the NCA board held two votes:
The NCA voted FOR recommending the removal of a 1,600 square foot building limitation.
The NCA voted AGAINST supporting the proposed site plan.
Below are two letters being sent to the Boulder County Land Use Department explaining the NCA decisions. There will be a public hearing on this matter 2:00pm Thursday March 12, 2015 at the Boulder County Court House, 1325 Pearl St, Boulder.
