The Boulder County Commissioners voted unanimously to approve SU-15-0001, the application for a retail marijuana dispensary in Niwot. The only change to the Land Use / Planning commission recommendation was to include language that would allow the operator to apply for a change in hours of operation that could be handled administratively by Land Use and not require a public hearing.
