Niwot Incorporation

A stakeholder group of Niwot business owners, property owners, residents and very involved volunteers who are interested in studying the pros and cons of Niwot incorporating as a Town. Currently, Niwot is part of unincorporated Boulder County. The Community Service Area has approx. 5000 residents, and a mix of commercial, residential, agricultural and industrial uses.

2018-11-30:

• Capstone Study
  Dr. Hansberry of UC Denver will post information and solicit potential students to perform a study of Niwot incorporation as part of a Capstone project.
