Work has begun on a revised petition
The current petition for the Niwot Public Improvement District has been vacated and the public hearing on October 21st will be canceled.
Organizers of the proposed PID plan to draft a new petition that will exclude farm properties and *might* expand to include residential subdivisions where the HOAs have expressed interest. Their plan remains to have the issue on the November 2026 ballot.
