Happy Halloween Niwot
Some of the NCA board was able to enjoy the Halloween festivities on Friday Oct-24 and see all the dressed up Niwot kids. The unseasonably warm weather made the chocolate treats a little gooey but made for a great day to be walking the streets of Niwot.
