Staff has determined that more information is required from the applicant before a determination on this proposal can be made. Staff will be drafting a memo requesting this additional information from the applicant. Once the applicant has provided the information, a determination on whether the revised/updated materials need to be sent out for a re-referral will be made.
This indicates that the Niwot application will not be part of the Jul-15 Planning Commission meeting.
