Construction activities related to the major upgrade of the Dodd Water Treatment
Plant have temporarily reduced the District’s service capacity. In order for the
District to be able to continue to meet health and safety demands,

Effective immediately:

RESIDENTIAL OUTDOOR IRRIGATION
(sprinkling of landscaped areas/lawns)
is limited to 2 days per week
COMMERCIAL LANDSCAPING TAPS
are required to be turned off for the season.

Also prohibited:

  • washing automobiles, boats, trucks, motorcycles, etc.;
  • washing buildings, driveways, sidewalks, etc.;
  • filling water features—ponds, fountains, swimming pools, etc.;
  • failure to repair leaks;
  • use of water from hydrants for construction (other than construction for flood related recovery).

THESE RESTRICTIONS ARE MANDATORY!
We regret any inconvenience this causes, but it is a necessary step to ensure
the District can continue to meet demands for health and safety.
