Left Hand Grange Park improvements

New Bike Maintenance Station Installed at Left Hand Valley Grange Park

The NCA sponsored the installation of a new bike station at Left Hand Valley Grange park. This is a wonderful convenience for all those bike enthusiasts in our community–particularly since the pandemic started! It seems like everyone is riding again. Our sincere thanks to Boulder County Parks and Open Space!

Situated in the park near the LoBo trail, the bike station was paid for by the NCA and installed by Boulder County Parks and Open Space.  It features a tire pump and a collection of tools needed for basic bike repairs / adjustments.

“We completed the bike station installation at Left Hand Valley Grange about a month ago and hopefully you and NCA are happy with the location and installation.  We greatly appreciate the contribution from NCA and please pass along our appreciation. I know the park visitors will appreciate this new amenity!”

New Permanent Restrooms In the Works

Boulder County Parks and Open Space is set to award the bid to build a permanent bathroom structure at the Left Hand Valley Grange park. They received 3 proposals and are deciding whom to award the bid.  Once a contract is established, work will begin at an off-site location.

Unfortunately, due to COVID, the process could take up to 3 or 4 months.  Once the off-site work is complete, construction of the building structure will  begin.  The anticipated completion is the middle of December 2020, according to BC Parks and Open Space.
