They Have Our Backs – Now It’s Time To Have Theirs

Where would we be if it weren’t for our firefighters and first responders? Without their extraordinary protection, the impact of the fires would be much worse to the lives and homes of Colorado families. While the Cameron Peak, Cal-wood, and East Troublesome fires blaze out of control, our local firefighters and firefighters from all over the country have answered the call to put out the worst fires in Colorado’s history.

Between shifts they are staying nearby,
let’s show them some Niwotian hospitality.

Here’s our chance to give back for all they do to keep us safe and save lives. The NCA is collecting funds to support the firefighters serving Colorado. See how you can help!

Local Niwotians Step Up To Feed Our First Responders

An appreciative force of firefighters from all over the country enjoy donated food from local merchants like Niwot Market.

Niwot Cookie Moms donate individually wrapped Halloween cookies to cheer on firefighters from all over staying at The Hampton Inn in Gunbarrel.

Niwot residents, Pat Murphy and Renae McDermid made sure dinner was served for at least 50 firefighters staying at The Hampton Inn in Gunbarrell
